Dr Floyd Gomes (MBBS, FRACGP, MMed)
General Practitioner, Founder and Managing Director
Floyd has been passionate about aged care since being a paperboy talking to many elderly customers who would wait at their letterboxes for the morning news! Eventually, he became a doctor for the love of medicine and for helping people improve their lives. In working as a GP, Floyd saw first-hand the difficulties faced by the elderly living at home and searched for a solution for this, eventually concluding that integrating home and health care was a sensible and synergistic way forward. After many years of research, this idea manifests as commcare.health.
Hilde Aschehoug (RN)

Yoshi Hanami (RN)
Home Care Manager
Yoshi moved to Australia in 2004 to study nursing and has since built nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the aged care and disability sector.
His career began as a Personal Care Attendant and later progressed to a Registered Nurse role in a residential aged care setting. He has developed expertise in comprehensive clinical assessments, individualised care planning, admission and discharge coordination, and care transitions.
Clinically, Yoshi has practical experience in complex wound management; catheter, stoma, and PEG care, infusion and medication management, and palliative care.
Before joining commcare.health, he spent over a decade on the frontline, prioritising dignity, clear communication, and family involvement. Yoshi continues to uphold a person-centred approach that empowers older adults to live safely and comfortably with choice and autonomy.
Kymberly Herman
Case Manager
With experience spanning international trade, non profit organisations, compliance, and health administration, Kym has found her true calling in aged care. Following a successful career in international sales and coordination, she chose to bring her diverse skill set into a sector where she can make a meaningful difference every day.
Kym is dedicated to supporting Australians to live independently and with dignity in their own home. She works closely with clients and their families to deliver compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive care. Her genuine passion lies in helping people maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life for as long as possible.
Neil Mullucks
Case Manager
Neil loves the opportunity to work alongside the elderly in our community.
Whether it’s helping them navigate the complexities of “the system” to access the best care available, or simply sitting down to reminisce about the good old days, he feels blessed to be a part of it.

Roger Yip
Finance Manager
Roger has been working in the fields of finance, accounting, and taxation for many years.
In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf and cooking delicious meals to enjoy at home.
He is grateful to now be working in the aged care industry—a truly meaningful sector that allows him to contribute to supporting older people to live well at home.
Michelle Walton
Accountant
Michelle has been working in the Accounts Department for the past two years, having a surprisingly good time with numbers (yes, it’s possible!).
She’s a proud parent of three grown-up children and two cats, all of whom keep life interesting in their own unique ways.
Michelle loves going to the gym—then undoing all that hard work with cocktails and delicious food. It’s called balance, and she’s very committed to it.
Rostering team
Pina Rizzo
Team Leader
Pina joined commcare.health in 2020 as a Receptionist and Personal Assistant to the CEO.
When the opportunity arose to become the main Care Coordinator for rostering in 2022, she jumped at it—and hasn’t looked back since.
Her top priority in this role is ensuring that clients receive all the services they need.
She has a great rapport with both clients and Case Managers, making collaboration smooth and enjoyable.
Tanya Stathopoulos
Rostering Coordinator
Tanya started working at commcare.health in 2021. Prior to that, she spent 18 years working out in the field in the aged & disability sector. Over the past two years she has been working in rostering where her experience out in the field has proven invaluable. As she has strong rapport with both the clients and within the office where she fits in comfortably with all her work colleagues.
