About the Role

As a casual home carer based in Inner South Eastern Suburbs, you will provide essential support to elderly clients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure our clients’ wellbeing is maintained, helping them live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve clients primarily within Inner South Eastern Suburbs, fostering strong community connections
  • Provide practical support with daily living activities, which may include general cleaning and other home care duties
  • Identify and communicate any health or safety concerns to our clinical team
  • Work within a supportive and well-established organisation dedicated to quality care
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
  • Access ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Services, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least six months’ relevant experience in home care or community support
  • Current National Police Check
  • Valid driver’s licence, own reliable vehicle with third-party insurance
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificates (obtained within the last six months)
  • A genuine passion for supporting elderly people to live independently at home
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach

We believe home care is personal and happens in person.
This role is not suitable for those seeking remote or work-from-home arrangements.
